This location could use some repairs in the ladies bathroom. Customer service was adequate, though a bit slow. Frisco burger was great with that sourdough bread. Yum!
High priced. Extremely! Is ok though.
its iffy, service kinda sucks, it seems like they're always in the back, sometimes they forget to bring your food out. foods alright, typical west frankfort establishment.
I was going to rate this as a five-star however I am only putting one star due to the fact that my co-worker and I just had lunch there and I saw my old manager in which I worked for back in 2000 and she greeted me and we conversated and it was very nice and it was very great to see her!! she is a very good person and as I was leaving I thought I saw her and I wanted to tell her goodbye but she was back in the office so I was not able to tell her good-bye however as my coworker was walking out of the store she overheard the women on Frontline and in the back saying very negative things about me and my co-worker and calling us names and it was very very disrespectful!! The manager did not here them because they were standing on Frontline!! we did not have to come there to eat lunch there are many other restaurants in West Frankfort that we could have chose but we chose to come to Hardee's in West Frankfort and I am so glad that I got to see my old manager because it's been many many years and she is a wonderful person and a great team member but the other employees there when she walked away we're completely disrespectful rude and unprofessional and I really doubt that I will be returning to that Hardee's restaurant due to the women that were working on this day!! It was very rude and very unprofessional and all I was trying to do was to tell my old manager goodbye and that it was nice to see her and to have a good day as a professional individual would!!! So very disrespectful and unprofessional!!
