Been trying to call the office with phone number they have listed and it won't go through. It will ring 2 times and then nothing. Not a happy camper.

Hard to deal with a couple of people that work at the window my stepson needs physical proof of his number until his new card comes in....they refused to give it to him....many places want physical proof and won't wait two weeks for it....trying to say it's been that way since 2014 when that's completely not true at all...I personally know for a fact a person can have it printed out for them.
Went here to get my card changed after marriage. Online says they close at 5pm but they are only open to 3pm
