I contacted Two Brothers in mid-July to have my roof looked at by a contractor, who assured me he would be able to get my insurance company to pay for a new roof (I had received some damage to my roof from the storm in May); after weeks of haggling with the insurance, the insurance folks sent someone out who did not agree to pay the over-estimated price my contractor provided them. After they refused to pay, all my contractor's promises to work with me on making my roof work affordable disappeared -- he never returned any of the five calls I left with him. Although he was independent contractor, the fact that Two Brothers works with people such as this makes me doubt their credibility.
Two Brothers came out to our home and did our roof in the summer of 2009. It was late in the summer going into the fall. Our roof was delayed because of the rain. The manager called us when the original install date was scheduled. He then called us again to inform us that there was going to be a delay from the rain. I found Two Brothers to have good communication and we love our roof. I would highly recommend using Two Brothers if you need to have a new roof put on. No issues!
