Weeks changed a timing belt on my 2010 traverse. A 1500 dollar job! I've had to bring it in three times since then because they haven't fixed the problem. Since they worked on it my car shakes terribly when idling, the power steering locks up, and when you put it in park it rolls backwards a great deal. My car never had these problems before they "serviced" my vehicle. Now I have to bring it in again and they are once again offering me a rental that is entirely too small for my family. Very poor customer service if you ask me. Then on top of it they have the audacity to act as if they are unsure if they are the ones who caused the problem. Well, my car didn't have any symptoms just a check engine light when I brought it in initially. So it seems pretty obvious if you ask me.... Sincerely, an extremely unsatisfied customer.

Wouldn't buy from them again for any reason took my wife bad on truck deal rushed her though paper work had deal worked out for one truck put that deal down on paper for cheaper truck she picked out took her on paper. Don't remember his name we got 2015 Nissan frontier. Had been looking at 2015 ram1500 white 31500 wife came in to do paper work was was ask if would be interested in smaller truck alto lower payment. By the time paper work was done got Nissan for same 31500 put 2000 down and good trade in you should be able to find paper work under Sara Emery same price half the truck very disappointed also we got her 2015 jeep this week could have came looked there if had been done better on truck
